TL;DR

problem
Freelancers, contractors and small studios bill from the job, not from a desk, and most invoicing apps hand them the same dated tables.
approach
A mobile-first app: an invoice, quote or estimate in a few taps, on designs that carry the business's logo and signature, previewed live as a print-ready PDF.
outcome
On the App Store as a subscription with a free trial, made for UK businesses and ready for anywhere. I build it with a small team at BigBang.ma.

// overview

The simplest way for freelancers and small businesses to create, customize and send professional invoices, on the web, iOS and Android, synced across every device.

Templates take each business's logo, brand colour and signature. Clients and products are saved once and filled in from then on, and the same flow makes quotations, sale orders and delivery notes, in any currency, with local and international tax formats.

// billing from the job

InvoiceStamp is built for the phone first: a contractor should be able to send the invoice before leaving the job. Magic Input builds an invoice, quote or estimate in a few taps from saved clients, products and services, with a live preview of the PDF as it takes shape.

// documents that look like the business

Most invoicing apps offer the same rigid table. InvoiceStamp has a library of designs instead, each taking the business's logo, colour and signature, and Pro members get new ones every week, from trade templates to seasonal designs. Every document comes out as a crisp, print-ready PDF.

// from quote to paid

An estimate becomes a sale order, then an invoice, in one tap. Payments are recorded as they land, full or partial, so it's always clear who owes what. Tax and VAT rates can be set by hand where a business needs its own.

// where the client already is

Documents go out from the share sheet to a chat, an email or a link, as a PDF that looks the same wherever it's opened.

// safe, and at home in the UK

Everything syncs to the cloud as it's made, so a broken or lost phone loses nothing. The defaults are British, pounds sterling and day-first dates, and any other currency is a setting away.
